Black Church Empowered

Church in Hard Places

The Church in Hard Places (CiHP) Collaborative is a global initiative of Acts 29 that works to see churches planted in the world’s poorest communities. Their four objectives are to 1) train indigenous leaders in poor communities 2) resource the church in hard places by developing culturally relevant and accessible materials to equip those doing ministry with the poor 3) mobilize Acts 29 churches to support the training and development of indigenous leaders in poor communities and 4) integrate indigenous leaders in poor communities into the Acts 29 family.

Home of Peace

Home of Peace is a Christian organisation in Kuala Lumpur where girls who have been displaced are given a safe and loving environment where they can receive care and education as they are helped toward Jesus Christ and economic independence.

Educational Sponsorship: Each girl begins transitioning out of Home of Peace at the age of 18. Some girls may need to be sponsored to receive tutoring to pass the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) qualifying exams and all girls need to be sponsored through college and university. If you would like to partner with a girl on her educational journey or if you have any questions about the program you may inquire at: homeofpeacekl@gmail.com
